My-Algarve-Property.com nasceu em 2005 com o objectivo de promover a venda de propriedades imobiliárias no Algarve.
Ao longo destes 16 anos o nosso site sofreu várias alterações sempre com o objectivo de acompanhar as tendências que o próprio mercado de venda de propriedades, quer para habitação quer para investimento, iam dando resposta às exigências dos clientes de imobiliário no Algarve.
Agora, 16 anos depois, lançámos uma nova versão do nosso site, a terceira, desta vez seguindo um novo paradigma que vem fazendo caminho em todo o mundo, o conceito da venda de propriedades imobiliárias pelo próprio proprietário sem recurso a empresas de mediação imobiliária.
Em países como Estados Unidos da América, Reino Unido, Austrália, Nova Zelândia, entre outros, tem-se vulgarizado nos últimos anos a venda de imobiliário pelos seus proprietários com grande sucesso.
Em grande parte devido à enorme proliferação de empresas de mediação imobiliária que, muitas vezes sem grande preparação, acabaram por inquinar a confiança que os proprietários vendedores depositavam nos belos discursos de marketing com que os seus agentes convenciam os proprietários e entregar nas suas mãos a garantia de excelentes vendas.
Também em Portugal, embora não tão declaradamente e com carácter mais genérico começaram a aparecer plataformas online nas quais os proprietários de imóveis para venda ou arrendamento podem colocar as suas casas.
My-Algarve-Property.com inicia agora a sua plataforma com o objectivo claro e inequívoco de colocar à disposição dos seus clientes, por enquanto apenas no Algarve, a possibilidade de anunciarem e tratarem de todo o processo de venda ou arrendamento das suas propriedades por eles próprios e sem recurso a agências imobiliárias.
Os Proprietários algarvios podem agora anunciar para venda ou arrendamento o seu património imobiliário constituído por apartamentos, moradias, lojas, quintas, lotes de terreno ou até negócios pelo preço irrisório de um anúncio mensal sem contratos anuais nem comissões.

My-Algarve-Property.com was born in 2005 with the aim of promoting the sale of real estate properties in the Algarve.
